Waiting over two weeks for a simple bumper repair quote is ridiculous. Despite making numerous calls to follow up, I was repeatedly left chasing for answers and received no meaningful communication. An estimate is one of the most basic parts of the process, yet this company couldn't manage to provide one in a reasonable timeframe. After wasting enough of my time, I finally told them not to bother with the quote at all. The lack of urgency, poor customer service, and complete failure to communicate made it clear that this is not a business I would trust with any repair work. If they can't handle a straightforward estimate, I have serious concerns about how they handle actual customers and repairs.

This is the best body shop I’ve ever seen. They fixed my car very quickly, and I was amazed by the quality of the repair—5/5. The staff were also very pleasant and responsive, always ready to help. Highly recommended.

I spoke to Allison and she was very helpful and explained the process as well as answered all of my questions. Rhonda also was very helpful and overall my impression of Gerber was positive and professional.

Gerber was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. Rhonda is great at what she does and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process of my car being repaired. I would recommend Gerber to anyone if they need any sort of work done on their car. They finished my car in a week and it looks brand new. Very happy with the service they provided.

Had my car serviced here in March, employees stole my tires that were warranted. Gerber would not just buy back my same tires and put them on my car so I could leave; they told me they would reimburse me once I paid for new tires but they capped me at $500 when my tires cost me $600. I figured that's better than nothing. I finally got the new tires almost two weeks ago, dropped off the invoice the Gerber, they still haven't paid it. So now instead of being out $100 for stolen tires I'm out $600+. Can't seem to get a direct response from anyone other than "who did you talk to" or "who told you that" and "I'm not sure." It's now Christmas Eve. Incredibly disappointed with how Gerber chose to handle this. They subsidized their own employees stealing from their customer on... the customer they stole from. And now they don't want to just cut the check they owe me. The work they did on my car was bad as well, my body kit was put back on so half-assed that it ended up falling off piece by piece because they didn't put it on the clips correctly and then they bolted it back together in the middle of the part instead of on the inside where anyone could understand its supposed to go.
